Ticonderoga is a Raleigh, NC, band that plays electric indy-folk, with a quiet Midwestern profundity. After designing Ticonderoga's web site, the Birds were hired to design the CD cover for the band's first album release.

The birds who had worked on the web site did most of the work (see the web design section for more information), but they needed a misty photo of spanish moss hanging from a Florida tree for the inside flap of the cover, to set the proper mood for the people who would be listening to the CD.

A White Ibis was chosen to take the photo, since he is very patient and was able to wait until the perfect moment to snap the shot. He was also able create a mellow and serene mood for the inside of the CD, and he helped mellow out the artists working on the front and back covers as well.
